Who is Rah Rah?
Rah Rah is what my nephew calls me since he can’t pronounce my name. I’m not sure how it’s spelled but Rah Rah is what it looks like in my head.
I’m a 30 year old woman who still can’t decide what she wants to be when she grows up. I’m not married, I have no kids and though I’m often reminded of that fact, I actually am content with my life.
I currently have a boyfriend who I’d love to slap the ol’ ball and chain on, but if it doesn’t happen anytime soon, it’s still fine by me. I’m still stickin’ around because I definitely don’t want to start all over and have to find someone new, date him, AND get to know him. Too much work… oh yeah, and I do love my guy.
Also, I’m trying to lose weight and get back to a size I’m comfortable with without fixating too much on the scale. Although I do weigh myself almost daily, I think it’s a step in the right direction since I used to weigh myself twice a day. Baby steps, internet, baby steps. I currently started getting more serious about jogging and found that I truly enjoy it. I don’t consider myself a runner… yet, but I hope to one day. I hope I can stick to this.
(P.S. I apologize in advance for my many grammar errors.

Thanks so much for coming by my blog and leaving a comment. I am trying so hard to be ‘healthy’ and I look forward to checking in with you for motivation!
I, too, have a hard time wanting to weigh myself 2 or 3 times a day…why do we do that to ourselves?!?
Is there a way to subscribe to your blog? I’m new to this stuff but I would like to receive updates when you post.
Good luck!
Haha! I have no idea why we like to torture ourselves with the scale. I’ve wanted to kick that thing so many times.
By the way, I have no idea how you can subscribe to my blog. I know how to do that on myspace, but that’s pretty much it. heh. I linked your page to my blog though. That’s pretty much all I know how to do on these blogs, besides post.
stop looking at the scale!
just get up and going, go go go!
You know you should never weigh yourself more than once a month…
